Lease Agreement Contract

Agreement with HPA:

Both Dam and Sire Owner known here within as "Parties" agree by entering into this contract to abide by all of the Rules, Regulations, Guidelines and Policies as set forth in the HPA Handbook.

Both Parties are aware if any violations are found to of occurred during the execution of this contract both Parties stand to be expelled and/or banned from All future Privileges involving HPA.

Both Parties are aware the Leasee Agreement is for a 30 day span for Sires and 5 months for Dams starting from the date of this contract and Leasee has full breeding rights during those time periods.

Both Parties are aware the Leasee Agreement expires at the end of the time period and must be renewed if both parties wish to continue the Lease Arrangement.

Both parties are aware the resulting offspring will be considered solely owned by the Leasee with both parties shown as the Breeder.

Both Parties are aware the only involvement HPA has is involving the paperwork of this Lease and will not settle any disputes should they arise.

Recording Fees:

The Leasee is aware they are solely responsible for the submission and $100.00 Fee involved in A Lease Agreement recorded with HPA and for the fees associated to properly register the resulting litters..

Health/Genetic/Medical Requirements:

1. Both Sire and Dam must meet all Health, DNA and Policy Requirements as set forth by HPA.

I. ALL Puppies born from a Lease Agreement must have:

1. *Individual TESTED Clear Results for MPS VI, PLL, Cystinuria (*CYS), DM (*Degenerative Myelopathy) prior to litter being accepted for registration. (*Clear by Parentage is accepted by Parentage Verification of each Pup).

A. Every puppy must be identified by Microchip on Testing Paperwork.

2. DNA verified as to Parentage (*Both Dam and Sire). Only 1 Sire will be allowed on a Leasee Mating Litter and if more than 1 sire is found to of sired the litter the whole litter will be disqualified for registration.

3.. All cost related to a Leassee Mating Requirements are the responsibility of the Leassee..

A. Additional cost are not to be *charged to the Puppy Buyer in any way. (*by additional Price to Puppy, by Agreement (*Verbal or Otherwise), Contract/Consent.)

AA: Additional Cost will be deemed any additional cost over which Breeders sold a previous puppy of Like: Gender, Color and Pattern ... within the previous 6 months.

B. Violations to Additional Cost Clause may result in banning of involved Parties.

K. Puppies resulting from a Leasee Mating may not be re-homed prior to 8 weeks of age.

A. Any Violation of Stud Fee Clause may result in both parties being banned for life..

A. A Leasee Contract will be required to be submitted to HPA within 30 days of signing but Prior to any matings.

A. There is a $100.00 fee to file a Leasee Contract.

AA. Fees are the responsibility of the Leasee.

B. Failure to file a Leasee Contract can result in litter being ineligible for registration.

BB. Contracts accepted after the 30 day period will be charged an additional $100.00 above the $100.00 recording fee.

Disclaimer: HPA nor it's affiliates will become involved in any issues with a Leasee Agreement with the Exception of taking Executive action against 1 or more parties involved.

Additional Requirements:

Additional Requirements involving Leasee Agreement and the resulting offspring has been reviewed by both Parties on the HPA website and both parties are in full agreement to comply with all rules, regulations, bylaws, guidelines and policies.
