----- Late Fees: .. Why Difference in Registration Prices? -----

In 2017 a new database was put in place which made it time consuming to process Registration Papers over a certain issued age.  Due to the effort and additional staff cost of dealing with aged paperwork an AGE BASED Pricing System was put in place.

The New Fees became effective on 01/01/18.

Any paperwork still in circulation without the new 2018 Registration Prices listed on them are still eligible for registration at the new 2018 prices.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Current forms found on this website dictates the prices currently established/accepted by HPA.
All other forms are null and void or may be used based on current prices.

~ ~ ~ ~ Litter Registration Fees: ~ ~ ~ ~

1 day to 6 Months from date of birth = $25.00

6 months to 1 year = $40.00
Over 1 year from date of birth - by HPA approval only = $65.00

~ ~ ~ ~ Registration Application Fees: ~ ~ ~ ~

1 day to 6 months from date of birth = $25.00

6 months to 1 year = $40.00

1 year of age and over = $65.00

~ ~ ~ ~ Dual Registration ~ ~ ~ ~

There are currently NO late fees associated with the age of a dog being submitted for dual registration.
